GZL Series Dry Granulator
干法制粒機(jī)是一種節(jié)能環(huán)保型的新產(chǎn)品，其集擠壓、破碎和制粒功能為一體，直接將粉狀物料壓制成顆粒。本設(shè)備使用了**輥壓控制技術(shù)，通過調(diào)節(jié)不同物料以及同一物料不同批之間的物理性質(zhì)的波動，使得干法制粒的工藝參數(shù)（如處理量、片狀密度、輥壓壓力、速度等）能夠被精
確、重復(fù)地調(diào)整，從而高效地生產(chǎn)出高質(zhì)量的顆粒，并提高了顆粒的穩(wěn)定性、崩解性和溶散性。
干法制粒機(jī)廣泛用于制藥、食品、化工等行業(yè)上的造粒，特別適用于遇濕、遇熱、易分解失效或結(jié)塊的物料進(jìn)行造粒，且其占地少、工序簡單、易于拆卸清洗。在制藥工業(yè)中，干法制粒機(jī)制成的顆?？梢灾苯訅浩蚬嘌b膠囊。
Roller Compactor (Dry granulator) is a new self-developed equipment with integration of the extrusion, pulverizing and granulating, also be-
longs to a new equipment with function of energy-save and environ-
ment protection.
For this equipment, it adopted the newest rolling control technology.
Through adjusting the physical properties of fluctuation between dif-
ferent material and same material, it can make the powder material into
particle material directly, also, which makes the process parameters of
the roller compactor(dry granulator) accurate, repeated adjustment(such
as capacity, flake density, rolling pressure, speed and so on). Therefore it
can produce high quality granules efficiently and also improves the sta-
bility, the disintegration and solubility of the granule.
Roller Compactor (Dry granulator) is widely used for material granulat-
ing in pharmaceutical industry, foodstuff industry and chemical industry,
especially for the material which is easy to decompose or agglomerate
once they met moisture and heat .
The features for this machine are compact structure, simple operation,
easy dismantling and cleaning. In the pharmaceutical industry, the ma-
terial from roller compactor(dry granulator) can be tablet-compressing or
capsule-filling directly.
