工作原理：
物料被定量加入粉碎腔后，高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的粉碎盤產(chǎn)生的氣流渦旋會將物料帶入粉碎盤與齒圈之間的間隙中，粉碎盤上安裝有粉碎刀片，刀片與齒圈高速剪切，物料由粗變細，之后在負壓的作用下，進入內(nèi)置的分級腔內(nèi)，接受高速分級輪的篩選，合格細粉會通過分級輪繼而通過管道進入后道收塵設(shè)備（旋風(fēng)分離器、布袋除塵器等），粒度仍然不達標(biāo)者下落被重新沖擊破碎。

working principle:
