工作原理:
物料被定量加入粉碎腔后,高速旋轉的粉碎盤產生的氣流渦旋會將物料帶入粉碎盤與齒圈之間的間隙中,粉碎盤上安裝有粉碎刀片,刀片與齒圈高速剪切,物料由粗變細,之后在負壓的作用下,進入內置的分級腔內,接受高速分級輪的篩選,合格細粉會通過分級輪繼而通過管道進入后道收塵設備(旋風分離器、布袋除塵器等),粒度仍然不達標者下落被重新沖擊破碎。
working principle:
After
